When we toured homes, they shared their honest opinions, pointed out construction flaws, and made suggestions for what projects we'd want to prioritize if we were to get the house. It only took two months for us to find our home, and they helped us close in a very quick three weeks, so we could move right in when our apartment lease ended. In the sale of our home, they consulted on pre-sale improvements, guided us on the optimal timeline, kept us constantly informed with transparent and digestible updates, hosted multiple open houses and private tours, and ultimately helped sell our house in less than two weeks for over asking. In the purchase of our new home, they helped us navigate a tough buyer's market with multiple competing offers. Not only did they help us make the best decisions for our family, but their positive attitudes and professionalism kept us optimistic and, like with the sale, always informed and up to date.
